Sarah Lee Marks has eaten her way around the world. A former radio talk-show host, she shares her passion for cars and cuisine through speaking engagements and a weekly newspaper column. Marks also participates in many community initiatives, including the local chapter of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs and the International Wine and Food Society. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to area food banks and scholarships for culinary education. She resides in Henderson, Nevada, with her husband Norman and their daughter Rebecca.
